Parking / Street enforcement

The patrol platform that reads every plate in one pass

iPatrol is the Viadena patrol platform for parking enforcement. A standard patrol vehicle carries four independent AI cameras, onboard plate recognition, GPS and 4G/5G sync, reading and checking every parked vehicle in motion at patrol speed, day and night. Each event is sealed as evidence and resolved against live parking data.

02 · How it works

Patrol. Read. Check. Enforce.

One pass down the street verifies every parked vehicle.

  1. 01 / PATROL

    Patrol

The iPatrol unit monitors streets in real time, four AI cameras capturing every parked vehicle from every angle as it moves.

  2. 02 / READ

    Read

Onboard ANPR reads each license plate at patrol speed with 98.7% detection accuracy, with no manual intervention.

  3. 03 / CHECK

    Check

Each plate is transmitted securely to the central server and checked against active parking sessions, permits and exemptions.

  4. 04 / ENFORCE

    Enforce

If no valid session, permit or exemption is found, the violation is recorded: as an automatic digital protocol, or as a dispatch to an enforcement agent on the street, depending on local regulation.

03 · Capabilities

One vehicle. The whole enforcement platform.

The iPatrol unit

Four independent AI cameras, onboard ANPR, GPS, 4G/5G sync and local storage: 360 degree capture that keeps recording with no network coverage.

AI violation detection

Automatic detection of no-parking, yellow-line, bus-lane and double-parking violations, cross-verified across multiple camera angles.

Live fleet tracking

Every patrol vehicle on one live map with GPS precision to ±3 m, real-time status and route-history playback.

Digital evidence

Multi-angle images, GPS position and timestamp sealed into one centralized, searchable record, ready to export.

Fleet, drivers and devices

Performance analytics, maintenance and fuel tracking, shift scheduling with license and compliance alerts, and per-device health with live camera streams.

Zones and parking points

Operational zones drawn on the map and line-based parking points with slot count and type, so coverage is precise and nothing is missed.

Two enforcement modes

Where regulation allows, violations become digital protocols automatically. Where a ticket must be issued in person, the patrol dispatches enforcement agents with plate, position and imagery; the agent verifies the situation on site, photographs the vehicle, checks windshield permits and issues on the spot.

Access control and city integration

Departments, positions and granular per-module permissions, connected to the parking platform, permit registry and fine processing.

04 · The record

Compliance pays for the system

Consistent, transparent enforcement raises session payment compliance across the whole parking operation. The patrol platform integrates directly with the city parking system, closing the loop from session to street.
